Arbitrary file upload in HPE Aruba Networking AOS 8 and 10 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as a privileged user. The web-based management interface accepts attacker-supplied files without restricting dangerous file types, then permits execution on the underlying operating system. Administrative privileges are required, and exploitation grants privileged command execution with read, write, and service-control consequences.
