CVE-2025-37159Network attack vector

Authenticated session hijacking via undisclosed session fixation

Published Nov 18, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Session fixation in the AOS-CX web management interface allows remote authenticated users to hijack an active user session. HPE identifies the OS user authentication service as the locus but has not published the session-handling operation that permits fixation. Exploitation requires authenticated access and user interaction; a hijacked session can expose or modify sensitive configuration data without interrupting service.
