Improper access control in HPE Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN Gateway ECOS allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive system files through its CLI. HPE identifies the CLI as the affected interface but has not disclosed the command or access-control operation that permits unauthorized file reads. An administrator account and network access to the management interface are required; exploitation discloses file contents without reported modification or service interruption.
