Unauthenticated code execution via hard-coded database credentials

Remote code execution in HPE AutoPass License Server before 9.18 allows remote attackers to run code through its HSQLDB service. The HSQLDB service listens on TCP port 9001 by default and accepts hard-coded credentials, enabling commands to run as SYSTEM. Exploitation requires adjacent-network reachability but no authentication, and successful exploitation grants SYSTEM-level code execution.
