Integer overflow in Android kernel lwis allows local users with System execution privileges to elevate privileges without user interaction. An integer overflow in lwis_test_register_io in lwis_device_test.c causes the routine to write outside its intended buffer. Exploitation requires local System execution privileges, and successful memory corruption enables further privilege elevation.
