Unauthorized note creation via missing CSRF validation
Published Apr 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 16, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Felix Luo oasys 1.0 allows remote attackers to add sticky notes through an authenticated user's browser. The Sticky Notes handler accepts a state-changing note-add request without verifying that the authenticated user intentionally originated it. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to access an attacker-constructed page, and the demonstrated consequence is creating a sticky note under that user's account.
