Database disclosure and modification via ID injection

SQL injection in Code Projects Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries via the ID parameter. The edit_fpatient.php endpoint incorporates the attacker-controlled ID value into an SQL query without neutralizing SQL syntax. A valid login is required, and successful exploitation permits reading or changing patient records within the database permissions of the application account.
