Published Apr 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 17, 2025
SQL injection in xxyopen Novel-Plus 3.5.0 allows remote attackers to execute SQL through the public books-search endpoint. The /api/front/search/books handler incorporates the attacker-controlled sort value into database query ordering without sufficient neutralization. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful injection permits attacker-controlled database queries.
