BIOS information disclosure via unprotected USB keyboard
Published Dec 12, 2025 · Updated Dec 12, 2025
Information disclosure in CleverDisplay BlueOne Player 12.11.1 allows physically proximate attackers to view BIOS settings via USB input. After the protective enclosure is removed, the boot process accepts ESC from an attached USB keyboard and opens an unprotected BIOS setup interface. Physical access and enclosure removal are required; testing exposed BIOS information but did not permit settings changes or integrity or availability compromise.
