Traffic interception and manipulation via unencrypted communications
Published Dec 13, 2025 · Updated Dec 13, 2025
Missing encryption in Growatt ShineLan-X 3.6.0.0 through 3.6.0.2 allows attackers to intercept and alter traffic from the adjacent network. The local configuration interface and cloud-endpoint channel send requests without transport encryption, exposing message contents and permitting in-path modification. Reachability requires access to the device's network path; public CNA material does not identify a narrower request handler or default-configuration dependency.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
