Improper access control in TOTOLINK A3700R 9.1.2u.5822_B20200513 allows remote attackers to modify guest Wi-Fi settings. The setWiFiEasyGuestCfg function in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi accepts a remote configuration request and applies it without enforcing authorization. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is an unauthorized integrity change to the router's guest-network configuration.
