CVE-2025-36436Network attack vector

Trusted-session data exposure via stored Web UI script

Published Feb 2, 2026 · Updated Feb 2, 2026

Stored cross-site scripting in IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in the Web UI. IBM has not disclosed the affected field or handler; the Web UI stores attacker-controlled input and later renders it as executable script. The attacker needs an authenticated account, and execution in a trusted session exposes session-accessible data and can alter interface behavior.
