Unauthenticated architecture disclosure via generated error messages
Published Jan 20, 2026 · Updated Jan 20, 2026
Information disclosure in IBM ApplinX 11.1 allows remote attackers to learn server architecture details through generated error messages. IBM maps the flaw to CWE-550, but neither its bulletin nor the CNA record identifies the affected endpoint, request, or exposed fields. Exploitation requires network access to an ApplinX interface and no authentication, and the disclosed architecture data can support further attacks.
