CVE-2025-36374Network attack vector

Sensitive-data disclosure and memory exhaustion via XXE

Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026

XXE in affected IBM DataPower Gateway releases allows remote authenticated users to disclose sensitive data or exhaust memory via XML input. IBM identifies XML processing as the locus but has not disclosed which parser or interface resolves attacker-supplied external entities. Exploitation requires a privileged account and can read data accessible to the gateway or consume enough memory to interrupt service.
