CVE-2025-36361Network attack vector

Unauthorized resource actions via missing IWA authorization

Published Oct 24, 2025 · Updated Oct 24, 2025

Missing authorization in IBM App Connect Enterprise allows remote authenticated users to act on customer-defined resources through IWA. IBM identifies the affected locus only as the Windows runtime using Integrated Windows Authentication and has not published the missing check or request path. Reachability requires an authenticated IWA context on Windows; unauthorized actions can affect customer-defined resources, while IBM reports low confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact.
