Denial of service via exposed registration handler
Published Aug 24, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Incorrect authorization in affected IBM Jazz Foundation 7.x releases allows remote attackers to alter server property files. The open RegistrationHandlerService accepts unauthenticated property changes when its teamserver.properties setting is true. The service must be open; successful changes permit unauthorized actions and can interrupt the server through denial of service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
