Stored XSS in affected IBM Cognos Analytics and Cognos Transformer releases allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript. Cognos Administration stores attacker-supplied JavaScript for execution in the Web UI, but IBM has not disclosed the affected input or missing neutralization operation. A privileged Cognos account is required, and execution within a trusted session can alter UI behavior and disclose session credentials.
