Cross-site scripting in IBM Sterling Connect:Express Adapter 5.2.0.00 through 5.2.0.12 allows remote authenticated users to disclose credentials. IBM states that the Web UI accepts embedded arbitrary JavaScript, but it does not identify the affected request, field, or missing output-encoding operation. Exploitation requires an authenticated attacker and victim interaction in a trusted browser session, where the script can alter interface behavior and expose credentials.
