File disclosure via incorrect inherited SMB ACLs

Insecure inherited permissions in IBM Storage Scale 5.2.3.0 and 5.2.3.1 allow remote authenticated users to read sensitive files. The SMB ACL inheritance path writes incorrect inherited ACLs when directories or files are created or modified through SMB. Cluster Export Services with SMB and ACL inheritance must be enabled, and the resulting permissions expose file contents without changing data.
