Authenticated command execution via serial XML transformation
Published Jun 18, 2025 · Updated Aug 24, 2025
XXE in IBM webMethods Integration Server pub.xslt.transformSerialXML 10.5, 10.7, 10.11, and 10.15 allows remote authenticated users to run commands. The service processes attacker-supplied XML without restricting external entity resolution, allowing the transformation path to reach command execution. Exploitation requires authenticated network access to the service and runs commands in the server process context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
