Out-of-bounds read in F5 BIG-IP PEM allows remote attackers to terminate TMM through undisclosed requests to an enabled virtual server. F5 identifies the weakness class but has not published the request format, parser, or buffer operation that reads beyond its bounds. Exposure requires URL categorization licensing plus an enabled URL categorization policy or urlcat iRule; successful requests interrupt traffic processing.
