Unrestricted file upload in westboy CicadasCMS 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to write dangerous files through /upload/. The JSP Parser upload handler accepts the File argument and stores its content without restricting dangerous file types. A low-privileged account and network access to the endpoint are required; the file write can alter content, expose data, or interrupt the service.
