Prompt injection in AiDex before 1.7 allows remote authenticated users to read credentials and create or modify application users. The chat message API passes attacker-controlled content to the LLM chatbot without adequately constraining adversarial prompts. A valid account is required, and successful exploitation exposes other users’ credentials, permits account changes, and discloses software details or internal paths.
