Authenticated file disclosure via userfile path traversal
Published Apr 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 14, 2025
Path traversal in Yonyou YonBIP MA2.7 allows remote authenticated users to read files through the /mobsm/common/userfile endpoint. The endpoint passes the attacker-controlled path argument to FileInputStream without restricting resolution to an intended directory. Low-privileged authentication is required, and the demonstrated consequence is confidentiality loss through unauthorized file disclosure rather than file modification or service interruption.
