Authenticated command execution via setLanguage input injection

Command injection in H3C Magic router firmware V100R014 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via a crafted language request. The /api/wizard/setLanguage HTTP POST handler processes attacker-controlled language data through FCGI_CheckStringIfContainsSemicolon without adequately neutralizing command syntax before downstream execution. Reachability requires low-privileged access from the router's local network; successful injection executes attacker-supplied commands on the device.
