Authenticated command execution via getCapabilityWeb POST input
Published Apr 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 14, 2025
Command injection in five H3C Magic routers at V100R014 and earlier allows remote authenticated users on the local network to execute commands. The getCapabilityWeb POST handler's FCGI_CheckStringIfContainsSemicolon function fails to neutralize command separators before downstream execution. Exploitation requires low-privilege access from an adjacent network and permits attacker-supplied commands to run on the router.
