Authenticated service crash via zero stream split

Divide-by-zero in CISA Thorium 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash the API service through a stream download request. The stream retrieval path accepts split as an ordinary u64, permits zero, and uses it as a divisor while constructing the response stream. A valid Thorium account and network access to the API are required; the demonstrated consequence is an API panic and service interruption.
