Authenticated command injection via unfiltered POST body

Command injection in H3C Magic router firmware V100R014 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands over the local network. FCGI_WizardProtoProcess inserts the unfiltered POST body into a Lua command string and passes it through FCGI_popen to the shell. Access requires the router's local network and low-privilege authentication; successful injection runs commands in the router's execution context.
