Router control via crafted getsyncpppoecfg POST request
Published Apr 13, 2025 · Updated Apr 14, 2025
Command injection in H3C Magic NX15, Magic NX400, and Magic R3010 firmware allows remote authenticated users to control the router. FCGI_WizardProtoProcess incorporates an unspecified value from POST requests to /api/wizard/getsyncpppoecfg into a command without adequate neutralization. Reachability requires LAN access; H3C says exploitation can take device control or interrupt the user's network, but does not expose stored sensitive data.
