Untrusted content download via misleading attachment hover URL

UI misrepresentation in Mozilla Thunderbird before 137.0.2 and Thunderbird ESR before 128.9.2 allows remote attackers to induce untrusted downloads. The attachment hover UI reuses only the last X-Mozilla-External-Attachment-URL value for every externally linked attachment instead of displaying each attachment's own URL. Opening an attacker-crafted email containing multiple external attachments and relying on the hover text can lead a user to download content from a destination other than the one displayed.
