Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via blacklist bypass

Arbitrary file upload in Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for Contact Form 7 1.3.8.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to upload PHAR files. The upload handler checks filenames against an insufficient extension blacklist, allowing crafted .phar and other dangerous names to pass file-type validation. No authentication is required; code execution is limited to servers that pass .phar files to PHP, including affected Apache mod_php configurations.
