XML external entity processing in Agiloft Release 19 through Release 28 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted server files. The import/export feature resolves external entity references in a specially crafted XML file, exposing server-local files such as /etc/passwd. Administrative access to the import feature is required, and the reported impact is limited to disclosure of files readable by the server process.
