Unauthenticated file download via shared encryption key

Hard-coded cryptographic key use in Newforma Info Exchange allows remote attackers to download files through encrypted query parameters. The /DownloadWeb/download.aspx handler decrypts the qs parameter with a key shared across installations and treats the resulting value as a file path. Possession of the shared key permits crafted requests to bypass authentication and authorization, with impact limited to files readable by the service.
