CVE-2025-35051Network attack vector

Unauthenticated code execution via .NET deserialization

Published Oct 9, 2025 · Updated Oct 9, 2025

Deserialization of untrusted data in Newforma Project Center Server 2024.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code over TCP. The /ProjectCenter.rem endpoint on 9003/tcp accepts serialized .NET objects without authentication and deserializes attacker-controlled data. Reachability normally requires internal-network access, and successful execution runs with NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService privileges.
