CSV injection in Medical Informatics Engineering Enterprise Health allows remote authenticated users to place formulas in downloadable CSV files. The CSV export path writes attacker-controlled values as spreadsheet cells without neutralizing formula-leading characters; the exact fields and endpoint are undisclosed. An authenticated user must supply an exported value, and another user must open the CSV in a formula-capable spreadsheet for execution in that user's context.
