Root command execution via unquoted speed-test argument

Argument injection in Microhard BulletLTE-NA2 and IPn4Gii-NA2 1.2.0-r1132 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The cmd_netperf_speed() function inserts the AT+MNNETSP argument into a speedtest.sh command string passed to system() without neutralizing shell substitutions. A valid CLI account and Telnet or SSH access are required; injected backticks or $() escape the restricted shell because the service runs as root.
