Authenticated root command execution via AT+MMNAME interpolation

Command injection in Microhard IPn4Gii and Bullet-LTE firmware 1.2.0-r1132 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as root. The cmd_modem_name() handler interpolates the AT+MMNAME value into a shell command passed to popen(), allowing command substitutions in untrusted input to execute. A valid restricted-CLI account reachable through Telnet or SSH is required; successful exploitation escapes that shell and grants full root access.
