Integer overflow in Avast Antivirus 25.1.981.6 and later before 25.3 allows local users to execute code with kernel privileges. The aswbidsdriver kernel driver fails to validate user-supplied data before an overflowing integer calculation determines a buffer allocation. Exploitation requires prior low-privileged code execution on Windows and yields arbitrary code execution in the kernel context.
