Actuator restart via oversized service telegram

Buffer overflow in AUMA actuator controls allows remote attackers to restart affected devices through Bluetooth or RS-232 service telegrams. The service-telegram handler accepts more data than its destination buffer can hold, overflowing memory in the actuator control. The interface must be enabled or physically reachable; successful triggering can disrupt valve automation by restarting the control.
