Stored script execution via unescaped registration fields

Stored cross-site scripting in Nababur Simple User Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script via registration fields. Users::userRegistration stores raw name and username values, and index.php later echoes both into the authenticated user table without output encoding. Registration requires no prior account, but execution occurs only when an authenticated user views the user list, allowing script to run in that viewer's browser.
