Unauthenticated code execution via DICOM buffer overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in MedDream PACS Server 7.3.3.840 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted DICOM file. The DICOM parser copies attacker-controlled data into a fixed-length stack buffer without validating its length. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code in the context of the service account.
