Unauthenticated root access via passwordless Telnet

Missing authentication in Quantenna Wi-Fi chipsets through 8.0.0.28 allows remote attackers to obtain root access over Telnet. The Telnet login accepts the root username without requesting a password, and the service is enabled by default. Reachability requires an end product that leaves Telnet enabled or exposes unauthenticated qcsapi RPC methods that start it; successful access permits command execution and control of the chipset.
