Unauthenticated file disclosure via relative path traversal
Published Oct 16, 2025 · Updated Oct 16, 2025
Path traversal in Ilevia EVE X1 Server firmware 4.7.18.0.eden and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. The /ajax/php/get_file_content.php endpoint accepts a crafted file POST parameter containing relative traversal sequences and returns the referenced file. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access to the web endpoint is enough to disclose files readable by the server process.
