Browser script execution via unsanitized error parameter
Published Oct 16, 2025 · Updated Oct 16, 2025
Reflected XSS in Ilevia EVE X1 Server 4.7.18.0.eden and earlier allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser. The index.php page returns the error GET parameter without sanitization, causing supplied HTML or JavaScript to execute in the affected site's browser context. No authentication is required to craft the request, but a victim must follow it; execution is limited to that browser session and site context.
