Application crash via unbounded RF pulse parsing

Stack-based buffer overflow in merbanan rtl_433 25.02 and earlier allows attackers to crash the application via oversized raw RF data. parse_rfraw() adds pulse entries without first enforcing the PD_MAX_PULSES capacity, and repeated packets expand into the fixed pulse_data stack array. The demonstrated path uses locally supplied test input, while the advisory also identifies device-supplied RF input; code execution remains unproven.
