Authenticated file disclosure via unvalidated help-card paths
Published May 22, 2025 · Updated May 22, 2025
Local file inclusion in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP and SupportCenter Plus before 14920 allows remote authenticated users to read local files. The Admin module's help-card loader accepts a file path without proper validation and reads the referenced content from the installation folder. Technician access is required, and disclosure is limited to files added beneath the web server's installation folder.
