Cross-video metadata modification via missing ownership check

Authorization bypass in AVideo before 20.1 allows remote authenticated users with upload permission to alter any video's rotation. The objects/videoRotate.json.php endpoint accepts a caller-controlled video ID and changes that video's rotation after checking only User::canUpload(), without verifying Video::canEdit() for the selected object. Any account permitted to upload can therefore modify rotation metadata for videos it neither owns nor manages, affecting stored presentation metadata without reported deletion or service interruption.
