Uncontrolled DLL loading in MailEnable before 10.54 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a planted MEAISP.DLL. The administrative executable searches its installation directory for MEAISP.DLL without integrity validation or a secure DLL search order. Write access to that directory is required; a planted library runs with the administrative process's privileges and can alter data or interrupt service.
