Local code execution via planted MEAIMF.DLL

Uncontrolled DLL loading in MailEnable before 10.54 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a planted MEAIMF.DLL. The administrative executable loads MEAIMF.DLL from its installation directory without validating its integrity or enforcing a secure DLL search order. A local user must be able to write to that directory; the malicious library then runs at process privilege when the executable starts.
