Unauthenticated code execution via permissive remoting formatters

Unsafe deserialization in Entrust Instant Financial Issuance 5.x, before 6.10.5, and before 6.11.1 allows remote attackers to execute code. The default Legacy Remoting Service registers a TCP channel whose SOAP and binary formatters accept serialized objects at TypeFilterLevel=Full through exposed ObjectURI endpoints. Network access to the remoting port requires no authentication and enables arbitrary file reads, outbound-authentication coercion, file writes, and host compromise.
